    • Please note that the payout amount may differ from the original purchase price due to factors such as depreciation and market fluctuations.
    • We use the website bricklink.com to determine the current prices for sets and mini-figures. The last 6 months sales average price is used to calculate the cash or in-store credit value.
  3. Payment Method:
    • We typically provide store credit as the payout method for sold LEGO® items.
    • The store credit can be used towards the purchase of new or used LEGO® items in our store.
  4. Seller Requirements:
    • To sell LEGO® items to us, the seller must be 18 years of age or older. If the seller is under 18, they must have a parent or legal guardian present during the transaction.
  5. Identification Requirements:
    • We require a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) for verification purposes when selling LEGO® items to us.
  6. Limitations:
    • We reserve the right to decline purchasing any used LEGO® items that do not meet our quality standards or are not in demand.
    • The buyback program is subject to item availability and our current inventory needs.
